DOMINO M3+ is ergonomic and sleek in design, it is designed with Siberian larch wood cladding and maintenance free Cembrit Patina cement-fiber facade boards. At one end of the building there is a spacious open plan living / kitchen area with a large triple glazed windows allowing plenty of light into the space. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom allows enough room for a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The house also incorporates two bedrooms, both shown on the plan with a single bed, desk and wardrobe space, each of these bedrooms share a bathroom.

Built to Passive House standards the house boasts high energy efficiency throughout, it is supplied with air to air source heating and cooling, heat recovery ventilation, thick insulation, underfloor heating in wet areas and ceramic heaters throughout as standard. All factors that help it achieve its zero energy status.

M3+ compared to M3 model has a terrace and roof overhang for sun protection.

Kitchen is NOT included in M-series home, but we can provide you with the IKEA kitchen project as shown in the pictures so you can easily order it from your local IKEA store.
